Citizen InfraVentures Pvt. Ltd. [CIN U70102UP2014PTC067085] is registered company under Sec 7 of the Companies Act 2013. The Company has evolved under the vision and direction of Shri Nishith Verma, who has been helping citizens from all walks of life realize their dream of a home since 1985.
Citizen Housing is on the path of unprecedented growth currently engaged in the development of Group Housing Projects at Civil Lines, Prayagraj and Jhunsi, Prayagraj. We are committed to deliver great value and timely delivery of projects to our esteemed customers. We strive to keep to our construction schedules and deliver a high- quality product, at a relatively low cost as compared with the competition. We are proud to announce that Citizen Housing consortium has been awarded a license by Prayagraj Development Authority with develop the first integrated township under the Integrated Township policy of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Our township, namely New Suncity – Lake Vew will be spread over 30 acres at Andawa, Jhunsi, Prayagraj and will also enjoy the unique benefit of proximity to the proposed Pakshi Vihar – City Lake forest, soon to be developed by PDA.

The Citizen Housing consortium is proud to have received a license from Prayagraj Development Authority to develop the first integrated township under the Integrated Township policy of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Our township, namely New Suncity – Lake Vew is spread over 30 acres at Andawa, Jhunsi, Prayagraj. The landmark project is nearing completion with possession being handed over to the allottees. The residents of the project have access to unmatched amenities within the township and will also enjoy the unique benefit of proximity to the proposed Pakshi Vihar – City Lake forest and Prayagraj Light Metro, soon to be developed by PDA.
