Our township, namely New Suncity – Lake Vew will be spread over 25 acres at Andawa, Jhunsi, Prayagraj and will also enjoy the unique benefit of proximity to the proposed Pakshi Vihar – City Lake forest, soon to be developed by PDA.

The Citizen Housing consortium is proud to have received a license from Prayagraj Development Authority to develop the first integrated township under the Integrated Township policy of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Our township, namely New Suncity – Lake Vew is spread over 30 acres at Andawa, Jhunsi, Prayagraj. The landmark project is nearing completion with possession being handed over to the allottees.
